Acceptance Devices App Version 1.24.0 Release Notes

New Features
- Tap to Pay: Added a Settings toggle to run the Tap to Pay Ready app as a foreground or background service. New installations default to foreground service mode, which helps keep the Tap to Pay Ready service connection active when the app is not visible on screen.
- Tap to Pay: Added support for Account Verification payment service.
Improvements
- Applied these improvements:
- App startup time on first launch.
- Logo rendering with SVG support for sharper appearance of home-screen and toolbar logos.
- Error handling when validating transaction request data.
- General UI improvements.
- Updated the SDK version to 2.116.
Fixed Issues
Tap to Pay: Fixed a home screen auto-rotation issue on Android 16 devices. The
orientation setting now locks as expected.
